Artist Bio
Evan Arbic (b. 1998) is a multidisciplinary artist living and working in Toronto. Though earning his BFA from Toronto Metropolitan University in Photography and Visual Studies, Arbic’s practice is considerably more multidisciplinary than his formal training, integrating pursuits in cinema, screenwriting, sculpture, performance art, and literary fiction. He is best known for his performance The Bible Piece, a durational work in which Arbic read the entirety of the King James Bible aloud in a single 86-hour sitting via livestream.
